Returns & Refunds

At La Muse Parisienne, your satisfaction matters above all. If an item doesn't work for you, here's how to proceed.

Return period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Conditions to be refunded

• Item unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition
• Tags still attached
• Original packaging where possible

Non-refundable items

• Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)
• Worn, washed or damaged items
• Underwear and intimate items, for hygiene reasons

How to request a return

Contact us at info@lamuseparisienne.fr or via our contact form, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply promptly with the steps to follow.

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, we process the refund within 5 to 10 business days, to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error or fault on our part.

Delivery

Delivery is free from €75 of purchases. Below this amount, delivery charges apply depending on the carrier chosen (Mondial Relay or Colissimo).
