Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms govern sales made on the La Muse Parisienne site, operated by Dieysy Group (SASU).

1. Products

We present our products with the greatest care. Slight colour variations may appear depending on the screen used.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. La Muse Parisienne reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order

Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. A confirmation is sent to you by email after validation.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

5. Delivery

Delivery in mainland France via Mondial Relay or Colissimo. Free delivery from €75 of purchases. Indicative timeframes are specified in our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason. See our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Legal warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French law.

8. Liability

La Muse Parisienne cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or from a case of force majeure.

10. Disputes & governing law

These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action, before the competent courts in France.
